MARRIED MY ENEMY??
It is time today to think about how you might break that competitive cycle. Here are some thoughts:
Remember that you are on the same team. Commit to playing cooperatively versus competitively. Truth is, if you go looking for evidence that your spouse is your enemy, you will find it. However, if you want to see your marriage as a team, then start looking for evidence that it could be. If you go looking, don’t minimize what you find.Monday, September 2, 2019

WHAT A MOTHER TOLD HER SON A DAY BEFORE HIS WEDDING
Are u married or just preparing for marriage? Pls read dis:
WHAT A MOTHER TOLD HER SON A
DAY BEFORE HIS WEDDING
Mummy’s boy, you are now a man. Tomorrow
you will have a new mother, a new cook and a new person to share all your secrets with. It will no longer be me but her.
Love your new mum even more than you love me. Before you walk into her arms forever, let me give you some words to guide you.
There was a day I was arguing with your father.
We were screaming, Tempers were high. I was angry and He was angry. Then I called him an idiot! He was shocked,
He looked at me asking
how dare I call him that. Immediately I started calling him idiot, fool, stupid, crazy; I called him all sort of name.
Guess what he did? He didn’t raise his hands to hit me. He just walked away, banging the door as he went out.
My Son, If your father had hit me and destroyed my eyes, how will you feel sitting here with me today? How will you regard him as your father?
Would you have been proud of him or would
you be blaming me for calling him names?
Never hit your wife! No matter the provocation
just walk away and things will be normal.
Whenever she offends you, think of this story I
just told you, it could have been your mum!
After he left, I was filled with guilt. We slept on same bed that night and I went to him the next day.
I pleaded with him, I did all I could to show am sorry and he forgave me. That day I cooked his favourite food, yes you know he loves Pounded yam & Vegetable soup right?
After that day, I never called him names, my respect for him was ten times stronger.
There is something very important you must always do, my son listen very carefully, defend your wife. When she is under pressure, stand by her. If your friends hates her, it is your duty to make them see her as a Queen. Your Uncle, I mean Uncle Yusuf, never liked me.
But Ur father was always supportive until his perception changed.
There was a day your Father was going to host the owner of his company and friends. They were three of them.
That day I was in the
kitchen cooking for them and your father went to buy drinks.
When the table was set and food was served.
Everyone started eating. Then I
remembered I did not add salt in the food. I
was embarrassed.
Your father tasted the food and looked at me. He immediately turned to the guests. He told them that he instructed his wife last month not to add salt whenever she is cooking because of some problem with his body.
He said it in a funny way and everyone laughed!
The guests understood and he asked me to
bring salt and everyone added according to their taste. He managed to eat the food without salt.
After the guest left, he went on his knees and
asked God to forgive him for lying.
Your wife is like a baby, sometimes she don’t
know what to say or do. Stand up and speak for her!
Now let me talk to you about Sex. You see Sex
is a wonderful thing.
Do not be surprised if your wife enjoy and need Sex more than you do.
There were days, I needed Sex more than your father and there were days he needed it more than me but the important thing is to always try to satisfy the other when they need you.
Don’t always think of your self.
There was a time things were hard and I
needed to do two jobs to support your father.
One night I was so tired. When I got to bed he was in the mood. He try to make love to me and I didn’t refuse him. I was tired but I felt I needed to be there when he needs me.
When he tried undressing me, he saw my look and he stopped. He asked what was wrong and I said nothing. But he understand me better.
He stopped and then started telling me stories until I fell asleep.
My son, Sex is best enjoyed when the two
parties are physically and mentally ready for it.
Sometimes, read your wife and understand her.
Make it a habit to go anywhere with your wife. Beside your job, move around with her.
If anyone invite you to his house and told you not to come with your wife then be very careful.
Use wisdom.
I know you love mummy… I know you will tell me all your problems. But now things will be different.
Let your wife be the first to know before me. Let her be the first to see before me.
When you have problems with her don’t run to me immediately.
Wait for a day to pass and then talk to her about it. Pray about it.
Report her to nobody but talk issues out within yourself.
Finally, don’t forget to come and visit me with
your wife every month!
I know you will have a happy home.
You will always be mummy’s boy.
God will bless Ur
home.
Pls don't forget God, pray & seek His
assistance always..

Mutunguru hydropower project set to benefit Meru County
Due to lack of funds to install the power lines from 2009-2013, the community was almost giving up on the project. Through partnership, Skynotch Energy then stepped in to provide technical support. The Community Based Organization (CBO) has 1200 members spread over three locations in Igoji West Sub-County and each member represents a household.
Since the rural electrification programme already had most members connected to the grid, the idea was now to produce and sell power back to the grid. The proceeds would then benefit the community. Skynotch was able to raise the initial capital of $50,000 for a feasibility study which was conducted and completed in 2013. The study found that the project had the capacity to produce 1.8 Megawatts if a few parameters were changed.
In 2014, another feasibility study was conducted through third party financing to pay for the consultants. The study demonstrated that they had the capacity to produce 7.8 Megawatts with a capital investment of $18 million. Virunga Power invested in 25% equity stake through Power Africa.
The challenge was now in bringing the 1200 members to form a public company limited by shares. Mutunguru Hydro Electric Power was registered in 2013. The 8 megawatt project from the river run off. The business model is such that the community develop the project and manage the power. The proceeds are to be shared at agreed rates.
The community has made a number of milestones. They have acquired the necessary licencing, plans and have a tentative commercial date of August 2018. What this means is that according to the Energy Regulatory Commission, they are recognized in the project master plan to sell power back to the grid under the feeding tariff programme. The community has also initiated power purchase agreements with Kenya Power.
Recently, Mutunguru Hydroelectric Company Limited (MHCL) received a grant from the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) and Africa Climate Technology Centre (ACTC) to finance the Mutunguru 7.8 megawatt Small Hydro Power Project. The grant will used for providing legal support for putting up suitable community measures; financial advisory; support to lenders’ due diligence; support to environmental and social impact assessment; institutional and management capacity building.
The Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC) has provided MHCL with business advisory services especially in policy support and helped in building their procurement capacity. Last year, KCIC was also instrumental in engaging legal services for Mutunguru. The hot desk facility has also been beneficial to MHCL.

The first YOUNG SCIENTISTS KENYA (YSK) Exhibition (JUBILEE DELIVERING)
The first Young Scientists Kenya (YSK) exhibition will take place at the KICC in Nairobi from July 5 to 6.
YSK is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) launched in July 2017, with the aim of promoting the diversity, resourcefulness and commercialisation of young students' ideas. There will be Ninety projects that will be exhibited at the showcase in which more than 150 secondary schools will too participate.
YSK board chairman Kevit Desai noted on Monday that there is need for more vigour in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
"The age of innovation is getting lower by the day so it is important to invest in the young talent of the 21st century," Desai said and encouraged young innovators to attend the event.
Ireland ambassador Vincent O'Neill noted the importance of investing in skills and education for Kenya to grow economically.
“There's a direct link between this initiative and Kenya's future economic prosperity,” he said.
O'Neill noted that last year's winner from Ireland made a coding system to improve the next generation of computers and that the invention was partially sold to a US-based company at $5 million (Sh504 million).
He said that the embassy is committed to fostering linkages and financial aid and will sponsor Kenyan winners to visit Ireland to learn scientists.
“Winning projects will be supported so the innovators learn business principles. Intellectual properties will be defended and good ideas nurtured with the students at the center, in ways they are not going to be exploited.”
GOVERNMENT PROMISES RESOURCES
Education CS Amina Mohamed said that the STEM module is a key driver of education in Kenya and that it is mirrored in the government's vision 2030 and Big Four agenda.Amina noted, however, that according to the 2017/18 KUCCPS placement, only 31 percent learners enrolled for STEM courses with over 55 percent in humanities.
"It is important to encourage young female students to enroll in STEM courses as only 25- 30 percent enrolled compared to 45-55 percent boys," she said,
The Minister said the event will trigger interest in the initiative
The schools were each given robotic equipment worth Sh81 million as part of the project on which the government will spend Sh1.3 billion.
“Through this, we will increase uptake and expand the initiative,” she said, adding that schools will also be built.
Sanda Ojiambo, Safaricom's Head of Corporate Responsibility, pledged support while noting that a few secondary schools have access to STEM resources as they are scarce.

Leaked Whatsapp: Woman Begs bae’s best friend for s3x
What are women turning into in this 21st century? Can’t they just can’t stick to one partner? Or is it some unexplained evolution – not to be mistaken for ovulation?
A quick perusal at a dictionary defines loyalty as being faithful or devoted to someone or something. It can also be taken to mean “having somebody’s back.” But if what is happening these days is anything to go by, women are generally turning into the exact opposite of the word.
PHOTOS: Meet Kenya’s hottest female AP officer
If they’re not hanging around clubs in search of sponsors, while you are out there toiling to give them the best, they’re busy hunting for your buddies.
“Who run the world, girls…” Pop diva Beyonce once sang. And for sure they do. They’ve been doing it since the days of Garden of Eden.
With that said, a feeling I believe is backed by thousands of men out there, if not millions, a story is spreading faster than bush fire of a Kenyan woman whose WhatsApp chats between her and a neighbour leaked.
READ: Rachel Shebesh encounter with beggar that turned embarrassing
In the conversation, the woman is begging the man – who also happens to be her lover’s friend – to go to her house for a quickie. The excuse? She is very horny and needs some pounding.
According to her, her bae had gone to church and that she was about to explode with bodily needs. She also told the man all she needed was just “one shot’.
But it doesn’t end there, Devlina also sends a steamy nude photo just to drive her point home. Naturally, the man seems reluctant at first but quickly succumbs to temptations.

ENTREPRENEUR WATCH..ONE OF THE SIMPLEST BEST WAYS TO START EARNING WHILE YOUNG.
SIMPLE BUSINESS IDEAS FOR YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
1. CHIMNEY SWEEP
Learning to be a chimney sweep may mean nothing more than apprenticing with someone already in the business. By becoming a chimney expert, you can combine a chimney sweep business with a chimney inspection service--covering more than just whether or not the chimney needs cleaning but whether the chimney is in good working order or in need of repair.2. CLEANING SERVICE
There are many directions you can take this business. If you want to work during hours when no one else does, you can focus on office clients. You can focus on retail businesses and keep your customers clumped into one or two blocks. Restaurants are in great need of daily thorough cleaning and can be a great source of steady clients. Perhaps you would be more interested in house cleaning. Many times with cleaning services you don't have to spend lots of money on advertising or marketing because your customers will come by word of mouth.Monday, October 24, 2016
Meru MCAs claim they were conned Sh5m during State House visit
Meru MCAs claim they were conned Sh5m during State House visit

Members of the Meru County Assembly claim they were swindled Sh5 million handed to them during their Friday meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi. An unnamed member of the delegation is said to have pocketed the amount.
A section of the MCAs, who spoke to Nairobi News after the meeting, claimed they were told President Kenyatta gave them Sh5.5 million to share among themselves for fuel and accommodation.
The MCAs were however just given about Sh500,000 to share among themselves, with the unnamed member allegedly pocketing the other Sh5 million.
“After the meeting we inquired if we could be refunded the money we had spent. Unfortunately we noted that some MPs had already signed for the same and left.
“We went to witness the signing of a bill into law that will help Meru people and that was exactly what we did. The rest is not very important and could be handled later,” he added.
Meru ICT County Executive Martin Bikuri posted was the first to make the claims that the MCAs had been conned Sh5 million.
“Meru MPs go to State House and leave devolution conference going on tith over 5000 visitors in Meru. They are given Sh5.5m and mwagi thoni (Kimeru for uncouth person) with all his ill-gotten wealth runs away with 5m,” Mr Bikuri claimed.
Igoji West ward representative Kaumbuthu Chabari, who attended the State House meeting, disputed the claims terming them as propaganda from people who were out to tarnish the leaders’ names.
KIKALI is a political outfit that brings together Senator Kiraitu Murungi, woman representative Florence Kajuju and Igembe South MP Mithika Linturi who have expressed interest for the Meru gubernatorial, woman representative and senatorial seats respectively in 2017 polls.
Mr Murungi led MPs and MCAs from the county in the visit to State House on Friday to witness the signing of a bill that recognizes miraa as a cash crop.

HACKERS STEALING MORE MONEY THAN POLITICIANS.....HOW TO AVOID HACKS BY IT PROFFESSIONALS
The information was brought to light by Burundian hacker Chris Irakoze, who first mentioned the data breach in September.
Chris explains that the data was collected from an 'information leakage vulnerability', where a flaw in the KCB app gave him access through a Python injection to sensitive data, including the technical details of the Web application, environment, or specific data of the user.
In our case the KCB leaked the numbers and names of their customers. One of the things that a hacker can do would be to sell those phone numbers. There are plenty of people who would pay for personal numbers. A hacker could also sell the information to a competing bank. A scam or phishing attack type which would allow to target customers of KCB. In the best case, you will have spam, and in the worse you will lose your money. I wonder if it hasn’t already started.Chris IrakozeChris explains that he was able to do a reverse search comparing all possible phone numbers from 254 700 000 to 254 799 999 with the data obtained through the app's vulnerability. If a number belongs to a KCB customer, the search would reveal the person's name from the database. The whole process took slightly less than two months.
The data includes the names and numbers of KCB customers
These revelations come as KCB customers report unsolicited text messages reportedly coming from the bank offering loans at low interest rates.
While the bank has taken steps to alert customers about potential fraud through the text messages, this vulnerability could explain how the customer data was obtained in the first place.

Chris discovered the flaw while looking for vulnerabilities in another KCB service, known as KCB Iwacu, which the bank rolled out in Burundi and Rwanda.
KCB Iwacu is similar to KCB Mtaani, a service that enables customers to deposit or withdraw money from an agent using their phones. The customer would initiate a transaction through the KCB app or via USSD, after which a transfer is made to the agent's account. After receiving a confirmation message from KCB and gives you money.
The vulnerability, Chris explains, lies in the fact that the agent receives confirmation by SMS. Anyone can spoof a text message and change the number of the sender. A hacker could then steal the money using only the phone number and the name of the agent. KCB's agency banking services use Point-Of-Sale machines, which make the attack more difficult but not impossible.
Chris checked the KCB app, and found that while it has all the necessary security features to protect user data transmitted over the network, but misusing them allowed a man in the middle attack which would have allowed a hacker to take complete control of user account.
The KCB app is no longer available in Burundi, but different versions of the app are in use in Kenya and Rwanda.
Following this discovery, Chris reportedly reached out to KCB, alerting them to the flaw in their system. Under Kenya's proposed Data Protection Act of 2012, anyone collecting sensitive data from the public must put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the data against the risk of loss, damage, destruction of or unauthorized access to personal information.
An agency that holds personal information shall ensure that the information is protected, by such security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances against loss, damage and destruction; and access and use by an unauthorised person, modification, or negligent disclosure or use The Data Protection Bill, 2012When contacted for comment, KCB responded that they were aware of the claims of a data breach, and all customer data and platforms were safe.
Chris has detailed how he was able to find the information via the flaw in the KCB app, and how he and his team wrote a Python script to extract the data in a blog post.
UPDATE: KCB Bank has issued a statement in response to the revelations from this article:
We wish to assure all our customers that our platforms and data are highly secured. KCB Group systems including the mobile App have been extensively tested and validated by our internal and the best external data security experts. Multiple layers of encryption, private keys and unique authentication are among the key embedded data security features that safeguard our mobile app.
There is no breach to our systems.KCB Bank Kenya
